Former head of cultivation of Guy Breton and neighbour of Marcel Lapierre, Karim Vionnet has been self-employed since 2006 and pursues the philosophy centered around the purity of fruit that made the reputation of these illustrious winemakers. With no added sulfur or chemical inputs, the wine really opens up after a few minutes of aeration. Voluptuous, it unveils fragrances of raspberry and small wild strawberries, as well as a peppery touch, on a mineral background.
