Pale silver-straw with light gold reflections. The nose has a beautiful array of fleshy white peach, lemon curd, jasmine flower, acacia flower, chrysanthemum, and apple blossom, plus notions of yellow plums, green plums, polished steel, and sliced pear. The mouthfeel is clean and silky, with a beautiful ripeness that is fresh and clean.
